lol I used to be that girl who goes on the treadmill day after day and try those weight machines then get bored.... then after a couple days i never see results... and then i quit! I tried P90X and quit... LOL because it takes dedication u have to have at least a little less than an hour of intense workouts... the plyometrics hurt my knees... a lot of jumping... required... plus u have to have a space where u are comfortable working out in...an my living room was annoying than the garage was too cold…

it's hard too cause i'm korean and my family is eating white rice and my favorite kimchi stew with pork! or i love COD cause we got some from my mom's fiance from alaska.... : ( korean food is healthy but i like to eat alot of rice when i eat any type of meat..
