i am working out 3-5 times a week (depends on the kids); what are exercise calories??? yes, i have been measuring the food; and i did some measurements, and have lost a few inches

yup - i'm logging everything, except the gum i'm chewing right now; drinking at least 8 cups of water a day; based on my logs, i'm anywhere between 1200 and 1400 cal a day; with 3 meals and 2 snacks; meals consist of veggies, protein and carbs (pretty well balanced) (ie, lunch was some tomatoes, cucumbers, lean cuisine and…
