I usually prep my lunches for mon-fri. Breakfast is typically coffee/shake. This week menu is 6oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup sauteed broccoli, and 1/4 cup of brown rice for 3 days. The other two days I prepped 4 oz of steak, 1/2 cup brown rice, and a little bit of broccoli. This is a typical mon-fri prep for me. Other sides…

I like to put spicy peanuts in my chocolate milk. I usually do this in the mornings after my lift for my breakfeast. My workout partner tried it for the first time the other day and actually enjoyed it.

I love pizza too. I teach school so when I'm off in the summer I keep disabled kids. I had one last summer who was autistic. I use to let him make his own pizza so I came up with a very cheap, very easy, and tasty way for him to do it under my supervsion. He liked pepperoni and I like veggie style. He use to tewll his mom…

If you plateau the best thing you can do is to change up workout. Your body adapts to your workouts if you do the same thing for too long, therefore your body wont burn as many calories doing it. If you normally run laps try running some sprints mixed in or play basketball. If you do resistance training change up the…

I would add a more chicken at or lunch. If you don't want more meat I would think about adding a little bit of whole grain pasta to my diet. It's very filling and will help you the next day for your workouts thanks to the complex carbs.

Therefore cardio does help. To really lose weight though you have to have a combination of cardio and resistance training. Resistance training…

I'm with you lvfunandfit on the fries. I u hardly ever eat them anymore. When I eat out I usually opt for a different saide item instead of the traditional french fries. I usually get brocholi or something like that. Then I don't feel like the burger is as bad for me.

I've never added flour or anything like that. Just a couple slits and maybe a dash of beer. Never had an explosion or anything

You have no reason to be dissapointed. I am a physical educator. 1 lb a week is great. You generally do not want to lose more than 2-3 lbs a week. If you keep losing 1 lb per week for one year you would lose 52 lbs. You don't get skinny overnight. ITs hard work! If you would like to see an increse try changing the type of…

I let them sit in the bag all day while I teach School. Tonight I am having steak. I have 2 ribeye's marinating with green beans, snap…
