June 1st: 189.6 June 8th: 188.0 June 15: 187.6 grrrr June 22: 187.6 June 30: No change this week. And I am going to Las Vegas this weekend...so I am hoping not to gain any weight because I am pretty sure I won't be hitting up the gym while I'm there. Guess my 5lbs won't happen this month!

June 1st: 189.6 June 8th: 188.0 June 15: June 22: June 30: I didn't realize that TOM would have such an impact on my weight. I was scared on Friday when I saw that I had gained a few pounds but quickly realized why...lol. Hopefully this coming week will be better and I can get some more gym time in.

Just finished up another 4.93 miles this morning...bringing me up to 15.86 so far. Feeling good about this challenge!!

I tried taking the fat burners for 2 weeks...but felt like it did nothing besides give me a caffiene boost. I know they affect people differently,but this was my experience.
