  • I try to stick with the "Healthy" versions of junk food.....i.e. turkey hot dogs with a low calorie bun and lo-cal coney sauce (10 calroies for a Tbsp), Margarita pizza on a multi-grain curst, or even McDonald's chicken nuggets for a big splurge....just keep that water coming!!   • I also have a total of 80 pounds to lose and I"m half way there. In the beginning I started slow with just walking 2-5 miles a day and keeping to a 1200 calorie diet and I wasn't too concerned about what went in to that 1200.
