I know how you feel!! Take some vitamin D, I hear in the winter months since its less sunny your body gets less of this and it can make one feel sluggish or even depressed! I feel the same way, especially lately!

Im in the same boat, im also entering my sophomore year, last year I lost about 35 pounds but I cant stay on track, and I havent lost weight in a while! Its so hard staying motivated!!
