I used the electronic cigarette a few times a day for about two weeks and then just stopped all nicotine cold turkey. If the bars and shakes are working for you- then by all means, keep using them. I like to fry a little cheese. I sprinkle a serving of cheddar or mexican blend shredded cheese in a non-stick pan and let it get brown on the bottom. When its done enough that it stays together, I flip it over and let it brown on the other side. Its oh so heavenly! :love:

I just made this fabulous breakfast casserole this week and I'm so glad I did! So yummy and very low carb. I made the casserole on Sunday and have been taking a slice for breakfast all week.
