I wear headphones and listen to music (loud music) while at to work. Some mornings I forget to put them on, but the coffee slurper who sits across the aisle from me quickly reminds me to put them on!!!

My starter kit arrived within the first week. I was actually quite surprised to receive the package... I didnt realize it was part of the registration on their website. Pretty handy info included and a few samples of their bars. Bars are yummy... but don''t agree with my system well so I can't eat them.

July 23 = 139.8 August 6 = 140 August 13 = 138.9 August 20 = 137.2 August 27 = 137.2 :ohwell: (I was on vacation so maintaining is ok for now) September 3 = 136.8 Not sure how happy I am with the snails pace of my weight loss. I guess better slow than not at all, but I'd like to see it pick up a bit!

I like fresh green beans.... steamed first. Then I stir fry them with a little sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and a dibble of oyster sauce. Sometimes I'll use a bit of splenda or stevia for some sweetness. Just fabulous! Can't wait to hear what others are doing. I need some more good veggie ideas too!

yep... I gain anywhere from 4-7 pounds in the week leading up to my time of month and I eat like a hog! I weigh most meats cooked. Exceptions are ground turkey or beef or those items where the label only provides the nutrition info for the raw product. I like to be as precise as possible... its a sickness. :blushing:

I go to the gym directly from work most of the time so - yes. I look purrrty at the gym... for about 10 minutes. Then I start to look a little scary. :blushing:
