oh great!!! Spinning has turned into my new fav. thing, I went just this morning :)... Is this just to see how many miles we get in November or are you setting a goal to attain?

but its not refined sugar like in cookies. weird huh, cause your supposed to eat several servings of fruits a day. Im going to ask my nutrition teacher about it.

I completed this 2 weeks ago lost 9 inches total, 3 of that off waist and lost 4 lbs. Take measurements now and begin, do each level for 10 days, if you miss a day dont stop just keep going. Here are some of my tips 1.) Be honest - add everything that you eat to your log- no cheating. 2.) Get 30 DS and Zumba if you can. Do them everyday if possible. I only lost a few lbs on 30 DS but the difference in my abdomen was huge!! Zumba was the secret to the pounds for me. 3.) Cut fast food and soda 4.) Drink h20!!…

Im coming to the end of the "30 day shred" lots of cardio/weights and my thoughts are you lose more inches than weight. So far Ive lost 9 inches after week 2 and only 3 lbs. We'll see how much total after week 3. Im thinking this is in part to muscle being built. I can actually do pushups now :)

Lost 14 of the 17 lbs I wanted to lose on labor day challenge :) Looking forward to the new challenge to put me at goal weight.

Totally agree, Level 2 seems the hardest. Im on Level 3 Day 1 now. Have you tried ripped in 30, i like it a little better than 30ds, and it does get more difficult each week.

Its great !! Im done with Level 2 now ,Started 8/1, huge difference in my strength and endurance. So far Ive lost a few inches off my waist and hip sand about 4 lbs
