I bought the fitbit one tonight, i saw the regular fitbit(the 1st one) had great reviews. I'm looking for more accuracy, and its telling me I'm way over in cals already, I guess that's why I'm not losing. I like that it links to MFP too. P.S. It is very tiny though, but it does hide nicely under clothing

I mostly see ladies wearing 1 piece suits. I have seen some wearing bikini style suits, not many.. I got a cheap 1 piece at walmart for $15, that way i could get 3 suits to alternate , I didn't feel comfortable wearing a 2 piece trying to do water aerobics..:bigsmile: I was afraid something might pop out. lol

We have a large BBQ to go to Monday, Im dreading it. Im taking a large salad to share, since I know the cook (my FIL) loves to cook meat and potatoes..

I think most people can manage 2%. Whole milk has a high fat content, which is good for babies, but toddlers should drink 2% after age 3 or so. I myself drink skim, i hated it at first, but now its my go too. Whole milk is very tasty, but the calories and fat are not worth it for me.

Ripped in 30 is good, The moves are more intense, than 30DS. I don't have buns and thighs, but have heard great things.

A good mixture of both is key. Im a nursing student and we just finished a section about muscular tissue. Textbook says, both are key to fat loss, higher metabolism, strength, and oxygen debt ( the amount of time you can continuously exercise with out stopping for a break)

I will join you, It took me several attempts to complete this last year. I finally did most of it in August/Sept and lost around 20 inches- 7 of that off my waist.. It works!! I'll do it , in just a little while..

I'm pushing on everyday, maybe one day I'll be at 700+ , right now 260 in a row. Bigdal77-(male) has lost over 200 pounds in a little over a year I believe :)
