Jillian Michaels. 1 1/2 rounds of 30 Day Shred, some No More Trouble Zones, Some Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and 2 weeks of RIpped in 30! A little jogging and Zumba thrown in there. No weight machines whatsoever!

Wow, I had no idea you could get muscles like that without weights. Good job! :) If you're happy with them, that's all that matters.

~ Your legs look amazing in and out of " flex " ... it shows that you have worked very hard for those legs ... therefore, you should be extremely proud !

Btw ... I am a huge fan of women rocking a nice set of legs ... nothing sexier than well defined legs in a nice pair of high heels !

Thanks everyone. I think I thought my calves looked weird because of the "split" never being there before!

They look perfect! Keep up the great work and feel free to run around in miniskirts and booty shorts! I would if I had your legs.

They are muscular... Nothing weird about that. Those calves look like they could cut diamond! Do you dance a lot? I hear it really works the calves!

Swoon. You're very lucky too since calves are mostly genetic. There will be many that will try to achieve that definition and separation and will never achieve it.

No dancing unless you count lots of Zumba on the Wii! :)
