I was born in 80, so most of this was still going on, i think changes started around late 80's. What a different world it is now... :sad:

i think some instructors are more "energetic" than others, i guess thats why they have several. I have had some that were workout beast and others who were more my style. Dont feel bad about leaving, i think as pounds come off, you gain more energy. I feel alot better after 20 lbs gone, i can really feel it.

i feel like a kid, i told my husband i want a kinect for Christmas lol We have a Playstation and Wii and I just got Just Dance 2 , for the Wii and I love it !!! I really want the kinect for hands free play ,plus my son would love it too

I weigh myself every day, its a bad habit but i cant stand it. I report my weight to MFP every Sat am, if a change. So far its working.

Im on birth control ( a pill).. I stay the same for 3 weeks on the pill, only losing up to a lb or 2 if lucky, then TOM comes and I drop 4-5 lbs, and it stays down. I just weigh my self in the am after freshening up..
