I recently discovered Laughing Cow cheese, and I have become addicted. Most days this week I have had a wedge of cheese, 2 boiled eggs, a handful of butter crackers and grapes...425 cals, 47g carbs, 19g fat, and 17g protein.

That is so evil...I like it

I think this will solve all of my problems

I have received compliments from people when she is not around, but it seems like she attracts all of the attention when we are in the room together. There are two people I have worked with for three years who have yet to say a single word about my weight loss, but have no problem commenting about how great she looks every…

I used my original stats, and my current stats...and the results were depressing for both. I cried a little bit :( My BMI was higher than 100% of the world and the US for my age group using my original stats. Now my BMI is 93% higher than the world and 62% higher than the US.

I have a tiny wrist...less than 6 inches. According to the wrist circumference calculator, I'm small-framed. Then I tried this calculator: http://nutrition.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Frame-Size-Elbow&Group=Nutrition My elbow breadth is 2 7/8", which puts me in the large-framed category.

It seems reasonable to me. It sounds like you are pretty active, so your RHR seems to be in the athletic range. I walk 15-25 miles per week at 4-5 mph, and my RHR is around 55.

Your diary isn't open.

I have an app on my phone I use to check it twice a week before getting out of bed. It ranges anywhere from 48 to 53. I'm 5'6" and weigh 196, but I work out 5-6 days a week.

I don't count my coffee calories either. I have three cups a week, with a splash of nonfat milk or creamer, and no sugar. If I go to Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts, I log it.

It depends on a lot of factors: Age, weight, height, sex, fitness level, etc. I'm 24, and now weigh 196 lbs (I started at 275 lbs a year ago). My max heart rate is 196, but the highest my HRM has ever recorded is 172, which felt very intense for me.

Sometimes if it's been a stressful day, I'll walk 4 or 5 miles when I get home, in addition to the 1 to 5 before work. It makes me feel better, and burning extra calories is nice too :)

You can buy replacement tubing from your local hardware store. I would try replacing it and see what happens.

There could be some gunk or mineral build-up in the supply lines going to the fridge, or in the dispenser itself.

I work 8:30-5 Monday through Saturday, with about 30 minutes for lunch. I know that sounds like a ton of working hours, but I have to work that much right now being the only one in my office... I get up and work out in the mornings anywhere from 30-60 minutes, every day except Sunday- that's the only day I have off so I…

I did the same thing...people started noticing about 40 pounds in. Now I'm wearing less baggy clothing, so people notice it more. To OP: Congrats on your loss...great job!!!

I use Leslie Sansone videos 4-7 times a week. I have been working out with her since May...and you can see what I've lost. From May until October I used "Brisk Walking, 4.0,4.5, or 5 mph" to estimate my calorie burn. I bought a heart rate monitor in October so I have a more accurate count. Depending on the video, I burn…

Over 240 days here...anyone who would like to add me is welcome to do so :)

I have lost over 70 pounds, and all I take is a multivitamin. In my case, exercise and logging foods have done the trick. I have about 30-40 pounds to go.

I'll be 24 tomorrow...feel free to add me :)

I don't think the number is so important. It's how you feel. Personally, I will never set a goal to be "underweight," I look and feel my best at 160.
-
You have come to the right place...welcome :) Anyone who would like to add me can do so...you can never have too many friends!
-
Hi...and welcome! Congrats on the 6 pounds, especially with PCOS. I know, I've been there. I'm always accepting requests for new friends...the more the better. Anyone who would like to can add me :)

I started with my highest weight and my first goal. Now that I am a few pounds away from that I changed it so I can show how many pounds I have left, rather than how much I have lost. When I reach that goal I will change the end weight to my next goal. I will change it back to show how much I lost.
