  • If your wanting to switch it up... go for it! Plyo is really tough and will help you bur more calories then cardio X. So it wont really be a recovery week anymore but, if your feeling up to it.. I say go for it. Then if your starting to feel burnt out in week 6 or 7 switch the plyo's for cardio X. Its a bit easier but…
