I will buy underwear from anywhere!! I've bought it from La Senza, Victoria's Secret, and even Target and walmart. As long as it's pretty and fits good, I'll wear it!! I really want to buy more lingerie once I lose weight, but I figure there's no point in buying more clothes while I'm trying to lose. I want a corset!

LOL this is too funny. My boyfriend actually started getting mad because i always buy underwear!! He says I have an underwear fetish, and I'm like yeah, it's better than spending all my money on video games :bigsmile:

Agree. Once I celebrated my 21st in January I only drank twice afterward... I drank more when I was under 21!!! (probably shouldn't admit that, but oh well) I say just enjoy your day and don't worry about it. Just make sure to drink lots of water the next few days after that weekend. Have fun!

This weekend I had vodka mixed with crystal light, and one of my girlfriends drank a 75 calorie beer all night, I think it was michelob ultra or light. Or there's budweiser select, it has 55 calories.

I never lose a cup size and they don't grow when I gain either. I've been a solid 36C for years.

does your schools cafeteria have a website? ours does and usually it lists calories. but I would enter all the ingredients manually.

I think there's the same to say about women.... I'm not on dating sites, but I would list myself as "chunky," but most people see me as "average" or "athletic." People see me different than I see myself and the same probably goes in this situation for men.

It was actually correct for me. It said I would be down 10 lbs in 5 weeks. I'm set to lose 2 lbs per week and I did!

I just watched the movie as well and there was so much information! He said that 300 carbs a day was a lot and mine is set at 267 (I ate over my carbs today). What should we be setting carbs at? 100?

For some reason I have no problems staying on track during shark week:laugh: LOL One thing I do is buy a bag of tootsie pops and eat one per day during shark week, usually after lunch or dinner for a sweet snack. Plus they are somewhat low cal to other things you could be eating. Or I eat 60 cal nonfat pudding snacks... YUM

I just figured this out for myself. Since you have set your goals to lose 1 or 2 lbs, you are already set on a deficit of calories you should eat per day. Ex: I am set to eat 1490 calories per day, lose 2 lbs per week. MFP set me at 1490 because they took 1000 calories off my daily intake already. So if you burn 600…

This happens to me as well. I don't think it's the latex though, I think it's lubricated condoms that I'm allergic to. It feels terrible but nothing I can't live with!

It usually takes around 30 lbs for others and myself to physically notice, but I can start noticing a difference in the way my clothes fit from the first couple of pounds.
