I go the gym every day (usually take 1 or 2 rest days throughout the week) for 30-60 minutes. I do strength exercises and then cardio. From cardio, I can burn anywhere from 200-400 calories. Does it matter how many calories I burn?
I keep seeing people on here who burn 600-1000 calories at the gym, when I'm only burning 250-400. Should I aim to burn more? I am eating right at or below my daily calorie allowance, so does it matter whether I burn a lot as long as I'm being active?

negative in carbs
It's only lunch time and I'm already in the negative for my carbs!! I know there are good and bad carbs, but mine seem decent: whole wheat breads, grain cereal, etc. On most days I'll usually be between 0 to -10 carbs, so could this hinder my weight loss in the long run?
