I'm interested in learning a little more about becoming a vegetarian and then working my way up to a vegan. There's just so much information out there I don't know where to start. Anyone have any helpful sites that got them started or that have good info? Thanks!

I'm a vegetarian too and have been for a LONG time! Try Thekindlife.com which is Alicia Silverstone's website / blog. She offers really great recipes, tips, etc. Also vegetariantimes.com is amazing! You can order the vegetarian times mag for like $12 a year which offers really great tips but also on their website, they have loadds of recipes and tips.

Have fun going Veg! You'll feel great :)

I'd suggest taking a look at Vegetarian Times. They've got a great Vegetarian Starter Kit online brochure. Check it out.

I have been vegan for about 3 months and I feel great! I'd highly recommend going vegan! It's pretty difficult at first because you have to figure out what you can and can't eat but Google is good for that. :) The peta website is pretty useful.
