MFP has my daily calories set at 1510. I have looked up a few other calorie calculators because I want to try zig zagging. Every other calculator I enter my weight and height and it tells me my daily calories should be 1760. They even say that 1760 creates "rapid weight loss" and puts me at "rock bottom" for my daily calories. But if I'm set at 1510 by MFP... is that way rock bottom? I followed the MFP calculator for months and I have lost weight, but I don't want to be eating too few calories so that I end up gaining eventually. Which daily intake should I follow?

because you add in your exercise on MFP. Those other sites likely already include an exercise allotment0

I would use this one. I used livestrong before and it said I should eat 1870 to lose 1lb per week and here said 1680 for 1/2 lb per week. I think stay with the lower one and see what happens and you can always adjust higher. It really is just an estimate and your activity level is really generalized too. See where you ar ein a few weeks and see if you may want to adjust it then. Your zig zagging would be ABOUT:
1510
1210
1810
1510
1360
1660
15100 -
