It's only lunch time and I'm already in the negative for my carbs!! I know there are good and bad carbs, but mine seem decent: whole wheat breads, grain cereal, etc. On most days I'll usually be between 0 to -10 carbs, so could this hinder my weight loss in the long run?

  • i'm sure it's not that bvad as long as your not negative in the other columns, since there are different diets that focus on different foods. for example, i tend to be negative on my proteins but i'm eating turkey and chicken so it's lean protein. also, i know there's a way to change your percentage of each category you are allowed each day so you can allow youself more carbs in your diet.

as long as there are no other health problems, very low carb diets can be good, I myself have recently started a ketogenic diet about 2 weeks ago, and typically stay below 20 carbs a day.

However, if you're diabetic or have other health problems this could be an issue
