Well, I've found that a clean home makes for a better and less depressed attitude. So, naturally I think one would want to eat better.

What I do is if I'm sitting somewhere I'll always have a glass of water sitting next to me. Every time I sit a glass of water next to me I add it to my diary. It makes me feel like I'm obliged to drink it since I already put it in. It's mental trickery but it seems to work.
