I am the same way...I did that the other day and didn't even realize it until I stopped eating. I'm not sure how to change that...its really hard. I've heard people suggest eating dark chocolate because it will satisfy your sweet tooth.

I have been doing level 2 for five days now and I have to say it does get easier! My arms are still shaky afterward but I've lost 7 lbs so far! Its been worth it!

I started the 30 day shred last week and did 5 days of level 1! Intense! I moved onto level 2 today and man am I sore! Feels great!

I'm 5'6 and my goal weight is 140!!

I am in the same situation now! I start school for my masters degree in a couple days and I worry that I won't have time to work out! I'm going to try to plan at least a couple times a week to work out even just for an hour.
