Yes! I became vegan about 4 months ago. I am positively loving it! I did it for ethical reasons and I was hoping to get a bit of easy weight loss out of it. Unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight-- I think the only way I can lose weight is to count calories.

I love ground turkey! My boyfriend and I use it to make turkey tacos. Sautee with some onions, jalapenos, and tex-mex seasoning. Then put in a tortilla with salsa, lettuce etc. Or, we often make turkey meatballs in a tomato sauce with whole wheat pasta. Just add some fresh parsley, chili flakes, salt, pepper and an egg to…
