thanks eveyone i still cant believe how much ive lost was a size 20/22 now 10/12 this is the lightest ive been since i was in high school. Plus because of all the weight ive lost i got to have a breast reduction 2 weeks ago which i am made up with the results :)) if i can do it everyone can :)

I think everyone is different but for me i dont count alcohol in with my calories i do only drink sometimes once a week. If i found i wasnt lossing weight i might of looked at the drink but beacuse i am i think it works for me. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
