I sometime do but generally don't. If I eaten enough and I feel satifsfied on my daily allowance, why eat more? Although on some weekends and nights out, I def. eat/drink those extra exercise calories burned back! I still want to loose quite a bit so maybe thats why, when I'm maintaining it might be different!

I def. agree to do at the end more stretches and the ones Jillian does for longer, it will help a lot. I'm on day 15 Level 2 and really miss Level 1!

Well done you!! I started the same as you 1min run (well trot) 2-3min walks in January and got up to trotting the whole 5km. Then it it got to summer and I stopped going to the gym and tried to run outside, which I didn't get on with so stopped. Heat, flies, an audience and hills, what can I say! I stopped jogging…

That is truly amazing!! Did you do the days consecutively? I am doing the 30day shred, but started on 3rd Aug and on Day 13 now I'm still on Level 1, scared to go to level 2!! But will get there! I too have not lossed weight with it but can feel a difference in my body!
