  • Just start walking. When my weight loss started I could only walk 3.0 on the treadmill for 30 minutes. That's how it began. Gradually increased the speed, incline and duration. One day at a time.   • Thanks for the encouragement....this weekend was a bit rough, but today back in the saddle. Managed to do a great workout and ate really well. So...onward.
