Lol that is sooo me!! It really sucks...well the hungry all the time part sucks! I never know how I am going to stick to my diet when I get TOM. I can't seem to control myself when normally I am really good.

Good for you!!! That is inspiring for me because at my heaviest 2 weeks ago I was almost 180lbs! I have been running and eating healthy and so far I have lost 11lbs!!! That is huge for me because I thought it was impossible. Keep up the good work, and I hope you reach your goal soon! ^-^

I have the same problem too!!!! I have found on the days that I drink more water, I am not as hungry at night. Sometimes people think they are hungry, when really they are thirsty and/or tired. Noodleheadgal is very right, I used to be like that. Thank you everyone for the great tips!!!!
