I am worried about that also! I was on the pill for 2 years and it decreased my sex drive. Stopped taking it for 5 months and things were great! I just don't want to worry about getting pregannt!

4 pounds in 2 weeks is fantastic! Keep doing what you're doing and you will notice a difference!

Diets don't work... but life style changes do! Eating healthy and regular exercise will make you feel good and the results will last forever! Do some good cardio and you will lose fat every where.

I really like raw brocoli.. and if you want you can dip it in some low fat ranch.

it took me about 25 pounds to drop my first size and then 15 to drop a second size. It really does vary on how much you weigh, how tall you are, ect.. but trust me just keep working out and eating healthy and you will see a difference! It is sooo exciting to wear smaller clothes!

i drink the sugar free ones a couple of times a week and haven't gained weight... so i don't know.

I drink vodka/water with lemon and lime.. it tastes like lemonade... 100 calories is very low for alcohol!

I didn't start noticing on myself until i had lost about 25 pounds.. it all depends on how much you weighed when you started. Great job losing 10 pounds though!
