Welcome to MFP.. I've been using it for about 8 months now and have lost 62lbs! I feel so in control while counting calories. I use my elliptical, kettlebell, or do the biggest loser cardio max video. I like to mix things up so I don't get bored. Good luck!

my favorite is the kettle bell swing.. and I have been using the danskin video, but I think I'm going to buy the bob harper video soon. I feel like I have toned up a lot in the past 4 months by using mine. I still use a 10lb one. I don't like the texture of the jillian micheals kettlebells. I have the danskin one right now…

my dad has and it seemed really unhealthy. It isn't really realistic to stay away from carbs forever. Calorie counting is so much better because you learn to eat all kinds of foods in moderation. There's no real way to "spot train".. cardio cardio cardio. Keep doing it and you will lose weight all over. It sucks and isn't going to happen over night. Good luck.
