Hi there,
So for just over 6 months now I've been into my weight loss regimen and would say to good success with losing 50lbs so far, but I've got a way to go yet. During this time I have 3 things I really would of not done so well without (below) and want to know yours!
They can anything from a low calorie alternative, your favourite CD to push you through your workout or pain relief but don't include the obvious like MFP or gym equipment etc.
My top 3 essentials
1. Digital food scales
2. Chewing gum
3. Small click and lock containers (to carry fruit and snacks)
