I'm on day 6 of my pre-op diet. My plan allows me to have a shake or food (max 250 calories of lean meat and greens) for each meal. I'm averaging about 750-900 calories/day. This morning I had an spinach & egg omlette (1 egg + 1 egg white) with a bagel thin. One side of the bagel thin had 1 T of almond butter and the other had 1 T of whipped cream cheese with chives. It was 327 calories and delish!

You may want to try some of the Kashi/TLC snacks like the Honey Almond chewy bars or the Oatmeal Cookie with Dark Chocolate. Cheese sticks or frozen grapes are also a good snack.
