Cute shoes! :) This 5'2" girl takes all the help she can get and regularly wears 4" heels ;) often pointed toe stilettos. They happen to be what I like <3 These are today's shoes - rounded toe, fairly narrow 4" heel though not quite what I think of as stiletto

Fantastic! :)

That's awesome to hear :) I will second what @quiksylver296 said about the food scale though. Not only will it help you be far more accurate but it makes for easier clean up with cooking as there aren't all those measuring spoons and cups to clean.

One thing that jumped out at me was the Costco pepperoni slice calories from Saturday - unless you ate a little under 1/2 a slice it is far too low. Finding accurate entries can take time but those types of discrepancies and correcting them can make a really big difference.

I'm firmly in the camp of hating sparkling water. I made the mistake of getting one at the gym once when I forgot my water bottle and thought since I was buying a drink I might as well try one. What a mistake that was :s I was dreadfully thirsty and it was there taunting me because I couldn't get more than a sip down at a…

I think I was happiest with a maintenance range of 106-110. I started around 150 and I've been down to 102. I'm currently at the low end and am working to gain back to that range in a slow/purposeful way in conjunction with recomp. I used to be blessed in the boobs department, can't say that applies so much anymore. I'm…

You look amazing! What you are doing, what you've achieved over this period of time, is exactly what I aspire to do. Thank you for sharing both your experience and all of the data you've collected through the process :) So far I haven't been able to get past the mental hurdle of adding more calories and seeing my weight go…

Thank you for this. I read it before we went but haven't had a chance to respond until now. What you've described is basically how I've been handling going out to eat. I think a lot of my angst came down to the fact that I'd wanted this to be a night I indulged but there just wasn't anything on the menu that seemed all…

Me too :| I've been maintaining for 7 years and I've tried stopping tracking and partially tracking but like you, I've accepted that it isn't in the cards for me. On the upside, I love all the data I have from it and being able to track how changes in my diet impact how I feel.

If you need to clear some space in your closet, i'm a 7 ;)

I worked my way up to wearing 4" heels on a regular basis. And even with those on I'm still not tall enough to see over the cubicle walls :D When I lost the weight my interest in dressing well went up exponentially - I needed a new wardrobe and I wanted one that made me feel beautiful. I now have a closet overflowing with…

I had a dress that I loved which fit me like a dream and made me feel absolutely gorgeous before I gained weight. Being able to wear it again was a huge goal of mine with losing weight. The thing was, my weight didn't come off in the same way. My shape was different than it had been. When I could put the dress on again it…

I've found signing up for challenges to help keep me focused. I'm currently doing 2 challenges on Pacer, a step based one aiming for at least 10,000 steps every day and a distance one where my goal is to hit at least 6 miles a day. It gives me an extra push to keep going because if I'm a slacker for a day I won't hit…

Cooked pasta would weigh more than dry though, so you'd have less pasta in the 100 gram serving cooked than the 100 gram dry amount prepared would create. So the cooked amount of the same weight should be fewer calories. I looked on Sainsbury's website and their nutritional infomation is for 100 grams prepared and per…

I like to add a little bit of water to make it a similar consistency to peanut butter and dip apple slices or baby carrots in it.

Back in 2010 when I started on my weight loss journey I started with WW online. I didn't need the meetings but it was a way to track what I ate and helped guide me to better choices. After I'd lost 30 lbs with it I plateaued and started to look into more detailed tracking methods. I also found I wanted more awareness of…

Thank you for mentioning this. I also have an allergy to nickel and get the same type of reaction. I’ve been seriously considering getting a Fitbit and this is making me wonder if it would wind up being something I regret. I stopped wearing a watch years ago because of reactions and I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me…

I really like this bbq sauce :) And I'll second Walden Farms - I'll add their chocolate sauce in my coffee and it is amazing!

This is me as well :)

Watching this thread because I'm in pretty much the same situation. I'm currently 5 weeks out from when I fractured the radial head and hoping for an 'all clear' from the ortho at my follow-up this coming Monday. For now I'm limited to using my arm to lift objects no heavier than 2 lbs :| Even though I'm (hopefully) in the…

Just curious - which way is the phone facing when you carry it in your back pocket? I've seen times where if I have the screen facing toward me in a side pocket on my workout leggings there can be some touch screen sensitivity. Maybe be what's going on with your particular issue, and if so, simply having your phone face…

Yasso frozen greek yogurt bars. They are so yummy I eat one almost every day. Most are 100 calories each, they have a large variety of flavors, and they don't use artificial sugars :) My favorites are coffee chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, coconut caramel chocolate chip, and black raspberry chip.

Are you by any chance a Costco member? The tubs of Fage 0% they sell are 3lbs and cost the same as the ones they sell in the grocery store that are 2lbs making it a very affordable option :)
-
I buy the Aldi store brand, they sell fat-free but I eat whole milk as well ;) The Chobani 4% when they have it at Costco. When I used 0% I'd get the 3lb tubs of Fage from Costco. They also have their own store brand one but I never tried it.

Would you mind sharing your recipe please? They look amazing and 100 cal for all 3 is fantastic!
