I try to do various things to work on my balance and one silly thing I do is putting my socks and sneakers on while standing up. The socks aren't a challenge at all but pulling the sneaker on, then tightening and tying the laces makes it a bit harder.

I saw this and I'm pretty sure the size of the serving would be small enough to make me want to cry :'( They look oh so good though!

Good to know - my go to brands are Chilly Cow, Enlightened, and the Archer Farms ones from Target. My freezer is well stocked :D

I stopped getting Halo Top a couple of years ago and never tried a lot of their flavors. You both are making me think I should make a trip to the store to check them out and if I'm doing that, are there any others I should check out? :) Or be sure to avoid? ;)

Here are my pictures if anyone is interested: there's the before, then the pixie, then the growing out stage, and how it currently is (sorry that last one is so huge :o )

I got a pixie after I lost about 40 lbs and I loved it. I'd never felt confident enough for short hair, I tended to hide behind my hair so this was a huge deal for me. Along with the weight loss and the haircut, I found a love for fashion/style and so I felt totally transformed. My hair has been long again for a few years…

My older son has been paying more attention to the types of foods he's eating and trying to a balanced, healthy diet. His lunch today was a salmon pack, 1/2 of a Joseph's lavash bread, carrots, blueberries, and a Quaker Oats breakfast flat pack. He'll usually have a one salmon pack and one tuna pack a week with the lavash…

For a very long time I thought I was 5'1", it's even what is stated on my license, but about 15 years ago I found out I'm 5'2". At my physical a couple of weeks ago the nurse measuring my height was being very specific and listed me at 5'2 1/8" I guess when you're short people try to give you every little bit they can :joy:

I wonder about this too as I have a Mirena IUD and haven't had a period for 3 years. I'm 44 and I still have several more years with the device in place so I feel there's a decent chance of it starting during this time.

Yes please! They sound like they'd be delicious :yum:

I had been on the fence about trying these but then saw this and went for it:

It could be that you found a way to satisfy your cravings that fits better with your calorie goal. I'm always happy when I discover new yummy treats that I can easily fit into my goals. I'm rarely even think about restaurant desserts anymore as I have so many yummy things at home to choose from which I know make me happy.

You are double dipping with entering your exercise calories since you already selected moderately active based on the amount of activity you do. You can state your aren't eating them but you are since your exercise calories are included in your 'moderately active' setting and since you state you are eating close to the…

You're welcome! This is the canned pumpkin, it's 15 oz and I found it to have a thicker consistency than others I've tried and I prefer the flavor of it as well. I hope you enjoy them :)

I make muffins with pumpkin puree, egg whites and protein powder (right now eggnog flavor, cinnamon is really good, as is peanut butter marshmallow). Very tasty little treats and only 35 calories :)

This is actually one of the reasons why I got a Fitbit - I was unintentionally slowly losing weight and couldn't figure out why as my routine and eating habits hadn't seemed to change and then I realized I'd become more active overall and had increased my NEAT and hadn't accounted for it. Then the move reminders got me…

I <3 this show! The whole feel of it is wonderful and I'm always impressed with what they are able to do and how much they simply need to know but then I'm not much of a cook or baker.

I struggle with this as I want to gain weight/muscle but I have a hard time increasing my calorie allowance. I eek it up little by little. Even though I know how to lose and have successfully kept my weight under control for over 7 years, I still have anxiety over regaining it :s
