  • I access it through the On Demand program. The workouts are fun but the instructor is ANNOYING ("you are my shining star", "you look so sexy when you smile and dance").
  • How did you make the jump? I was able to slowly wean myself off sugar or sweetener in my coffee but just can't seem to kick the cream habit
  • I am more limited with healthy food than with slider foods. I can eat about 4 oz meat and 1/2 cup veggies, OR a ton of cookies and junk food. I'm 2 1/2 years out.
  • Right there with you. Started at 260, down to 193, up to 207. Trying to watch my carbs and be faithful with exercise.
  • 2.5 years out. Up 12 pounds but just lost 4 of it getting back to basics. So easy for me to fall back onto old habits. Please friend me.
  • I had VSG on 11/25, and was back to work on 12/3. I did ok, but I was REALLY tired that first week back. Looking back, it probably would have been better to take a 3rd week off, just to catch up on sleep.
  • I went back to work as a teacher/librarian 2 weeks after surgery, and I was so tired. I am almost 5 weeks out now and I still usually need an afternoon cat nap.
  • Congratulations! What an amazing accomplishment!
  • My Ninja is awesome, but I put it in the dishwasher and the container is cloudy now. Works fine, but it annoys me.
  • I did it for a few months... really expensive (like prohibitively expensive), and most of the food was yucky. There were a few things I liked, and it did force portion control, but it was not reasonable for me to continue for any length of time.
  • I used that stuff a few years ago, and it made me feel awful. My heart was racing and my head hurt. My husband tried the guy version with similar results... edit...my response was for Hydroxycut, not whey protein...I have no issues with protein powder.
