  • Generally a good goal is to drop a pound a week. Some people can do more than that, but dipping much lower can be hard to maintain over time. Looks like it's 39 weeks until June 2nd so if you try to aim for a 500 calorie/day deficit and add in a little bit more exercise you should be able to hit 40+ pounds by then. Food…
