I have this problem too. It tells me I am eating too little almost every day, but then congratulates me on my newsfeed for being "under my calorie goal." Isn't this a bit of a contradiction? I usually just ignore the warning message every day since I feel full and like I am getting enough to eat.

I'm a grazer. I don't eat many "meals" persay because I am a part-time working student so I am always on the go go go! I snack all throughout the day. Currently eating a cup of Knorr "Cup of Soup!" At 50 calories a cup, it's a great winter snack that leaves you feeling like you've eaten more than a few lettuce leaves. Homemade soup is the bomb too. I'm a big fan of cabbage soup as it's low in calories and has mystical "healing" properties.
