Let say you weigh 125 and have 21% body fat. That should mean that 26.25 pounds is fat and 98.75 pounds is lean body mass. However, you said you lost 5 pounds but then gained 2 pounds. You guys can add me too. I've been eating around 2100-2300 during my reset. I'm jealous of those of you with a higher TDEE! I'm starting to think about going to cut and I don't wanna eat less!!! (But honestly don't have time to workout much more.)
