Haha I was going to jokingly say I do something like that, but the truth is that I don't even have a dog.

I'm 5'1" and currently around 137. I've had a really hard time losing. My goal would be 120 but I've actually never been that low. I wear a size 6 (some of which are getting too big on me) at my current weight. I'd probably be happy around 130, which is barely in the "normal" BMI category, but I've learned that scale…

I'm blonde, but I'm 2 for 3 on redheaded kids. My youngest has amazing red, curly hair and big blue eyes. She gets complimented all the time. I hope she loves it as she grows up (she's 3). It's probably frowned upon to post pictures of your kids here, huh? I'm very proud of them though!

Wrinkle free, but not with a frozen botox face.

I've heard 1g for every pound of lean body mass, not your total weight. Maybe that's what your bf meant?

I've always been told to only log my exercise on MFP if the two are linked. And make sure you're choosing the correct starting time. I've personally never had any problems with it eliminating my exercise calories.

Ok, lets think about it this way. So, you went over your goal by 1500. What is your daily deficit set at? If you're set at a losing a pound a week, that's a 500 calorie deficit. If that's the case, you went over your maintenance calories by approximately 1000 calories. If you had at least 2 other days where you hit your…

Do you have friends that can meet up with you to workout in the morning? I have to do early morning workouts or I pretty much can't workout at the gym during the week. My husband and I work opposite shifts and don't really have many people to help with the kids in the evenings. I usually meet friends there, but lately I've…

I think the current one is funny.

I had to look. Mine says 130. I'm probably about 138. I haven't weighed myself in a while.

Every little bit counts! It adds up, and I think you're more likely to stick to it if you make gradual changes rather than jumping in head first and getting burnt out quickly. This morning I showed up at the gym before 5. That's not THAT unusual, but I never actually get out of bed to go unless I'm meeting friends there…

Mine is probably about 6 months old. I got my hair cut since then... that's about all.

If I'm just sleepy, I usually try to power through it because I'll feel better if I work out. If my body is truly fatigued it's only going to make me feel worse if I push through it. I made that mistake this weekend. I felt sick the rest of the day, still felt weak the next day, then caught a cold... perhaps completely…

My understanding is that a HR monitor wouldn't show an accurate burn for HIIT as it is not really the "steady state" cardio that a HRM is intended to be used for. Plus it doesn't take into effect the after burn that you supposedly get from HIIT, although I just consider that a "bonus" anyway. If I do my HIIT on the…

The only time I've heard of that is from Joey on Friends. "Uh oh... here come the meat sweats!"

I'm not sure why, but in the last few weeks I've lost the taste for coffee. It's kind of bizarre because I used to drink 2-3 cups a day! I want to still love it. I love the smell of it. I love the idea of it. But when I pour a cup (and I'm a creamer and splenda girl) it is rarely worth the calories to me.

It's warmed up to a balmy 1* F this afternoon here in Ohio, but -20 windchill.

Nice job! Keep up the good work! :)

I did my first spin class last night. It is a beginning spin class, and the first class of the session so she took it pretty easy on us. I hope it gets harder, but I liked it!

My husband isn't at all picky but eats HORRIBLY. I sat and watched him eat the last dozen cookies right out of the package at a party this weekend after he ate three sandwiches, a chunk of ham, cheesy potatoes, etc. etc. etc. Have I mentioned we have a hard time finding pants small enough to fit him? That being said - you…

That is the first thing that popped into my head!

A serving of Cheerios with half a cup of almond milk is my go-to bedtime snack. It's more filling that most things I can come up with for 130 calories.

Me neither! I laughed way too hard!

Doesn't sound like a stall to me! Sounds like you're doing fine. Just stick with it. When I was initially losing (a few years ago when I had quite a bit to lose) I'd notice the same thing. Really, what's more important... inches and the way your clothes fit or a number on the scale? Keep up the good work!

Nice work!

I feel your pain! I have the same stats as you - 5'1", current weight is 137. SW is debatable because I've bounced around with pregnancies and such but I have it as 150 on here. I've been trying to get below 137 since my last child was born and she just turned 3. I DID see a doctor about it and my blood work was all good.…

I'm not gonna lie - making hard boiled eggs is probably the thing I'm worst at in life. They never turn out just right.

I would also suggest the thyroid thing too. My thyroid was checked after every pregnancy because of hair loss. I knew it was just how my body handled things postpartum, but my doctor always freaked and demanded blood to check my thyroid.

Are you breastfeeding? I won't give you the whole rundown of my dieting history, but I lost weight really easily after my second child when I was breastfeeding. I tried to maintain that lifestyle during the pregnancy of my third and when I was breastfeeding her. I thought the weight would just drop right off of me, but…

I bet you can get in size 6 jeans long before you're 115. Obviously we aren't built exactly the same, but I've been wearing size 6 for a while now. I was getting closer to a 4 in the high 120s. Keep up the great work! Awesome progress!
