Awesome work! Thanks for sharing.

I did Weight Watchers last year and the meetings were not for me. I'm an introvert and love being able to not have to be bothered with other people in my space...sounds horrible but its true. It IS spendy and maybe the meetings are for some people but it takes time and more commitment than I had. I like being able to get…

Tracking beer and drinks has been eye-opening. I knew they had high calories and sugar but its crazy to see that something like a margarita has more calories in one drink than I consume for breakfast or lunch.

Its okay to be a little selfish with your time if you are putting in work on you to make yourself healthier and happier. I struggle with the same feelings but its something we need to do.

I've been a yo-yoer (and binger) for 10 years and it stops this time. I need to create a new lifestyle that does not include dropping it like its hot and then putting on even more weight. I've been tracking for over 50 days and now its just part of my day. It definitely helps me stay on track and I even enjoy and look…

Add me to the group who put on the newlywed 30 lbs....we need to do it for us but who doesn't want to look good for their husband/wife?

Full time custodial stepmom to a 10 year old who's in every activity under the sun. My husband travels often so its just us sometimes. For a long time me time was put on the back burner. I've had to be a little selfish and demand my time now if I want to see results. Putting myself last got me to where I was and thats just…

Somewhere that I'd still get all 4 seasons to look at but not too crazy hot or cold either.

I'd probably steer clear of the alfredo sauce or anything drenched in cheese...mmmm, sounds fabulous though. You can always order what you want and half your portion right off the bat and save it for lunch/dinner the next day.

Ditto. Pinterest has the best motivational pins.

Awesome job! Thanks for sharing.

Definitely getting a lot of unsolicited "advice" from people. Its obnoxious. I think people feel the need to say things but I'm not sure why.
-
Yes! I am unable to "like" my friends comments or updates on their workouts and completing their daily food journals. Its really annoying.

I put on a pair of pants I had not worn since January on Saturday, they fit perfectly instead of being borderline too tight like last time I wore them.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. When you started tracking did you continue to run or just track food?
-
You look great! Thanks for sharing.

Cards. I'd pay to have Francis Underwood call me "Missus ______________" in that accent. Drool

Thank you for posting this. My husband and his friends kind of give me grief because I hate running and they follow the thought that you must run to get a great calorie burning workout.

I LOVE PB2. I like it better than normal pb now.

Something with protein to keep you feeling full longer....hard boiled eggs, tuna, low fat string cheese, I love apple slices with PB2.

Very nice! Thanks for sharing.

Congrats on your loss! I do the occassional treat, one a week at least in moderation it helps me feel not so deprived. I know how you feel, I definitely notice when I've had too many processed or sugary foods.

You look awesome! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing! It really is hard to allot yourself some "you" time when you have a family and job on your plate.
