I know its cliche but up your water. Its helped me immensely to kick start things in the right direction again.

taco salads are awesome, sometimes I crockpot some chicken breasts with our favorite salsa and taco seasonings and shred it ground turkey also works well for tacos, I've also made a taco type lasagna usind soft shell tacos and layering in meat and veggies

We love Canterbury. Every Sunday is family day and they have a petting zoo and face painting. For the 4th they are doing weiner dog races and fireworks. Today is day 1 of Wellbutrin. I'd been on it 8 years ago and loved it but then my insurance changed and I could no longer afford it. I'm excited but nervous. I love that others are sharing their experiences.

Today is day 1 of Wellbutrin XL 150 mg. I was on it about 8 years ago and am excited to try it again now that I have better insurance. I had been on Buspar for 2 years. I'm so mad that it worked great for my anxiety but I literally gained 40 lbs in 2 years. I'm excited for my new journey.

Its such a vicious cycle...the biggest thing I have learned is you cannot "diet" for months, get to a goal and then go back to the old ways. Its cliche but its got to be a lifestyle change forever.
