is this normal?

I haven't been logging in my meals lately on MF... Simply because my internet connection been down and I am using a loner phone for tight now, which doesn't have apps... but I've been weighing and noting down calorie intake which I have been cutting...

I've been cutting for almost 2 months.... went from 163 pounds to 154 pounds.... although I get on the scare everyday which is bad I know, lol... but it goes up to 157 sometimes... but I know that that could be sodium or water weight. SO I don't worry about the scale numbers.

I burn between 200 -250 calories every night on the treadmill.... which I just started being consistent with that for that last 3 days.

I've seen inches fall and that what has kept me motivated through it all...

But now that I look in the mirror... it feel like the fat is easing it's way back... it could just be in my head like the last few posts I've posted. However, the back fat is so annoying and I just want it to leave.

Has anyone else ever felt bloated or anxious that you feel like the weight is creeping back?

IS it possible it could be... when I am cutting calories????

Totally normal feeling. I feel that way sometimes too. I think we all just have our bad days where it feels like we're not accomplishing as much as we wish.

Normal for me. Happens every month. I think it is a combo of actual bloating/fluid retention related to my cycle and my overall attitude that is also related to my cycle. No matter what I don't quit during that time. Things always get back on track - it is just a crappy 10 days.

At least once a month I creep up those same 3 pounds no matter how well I've been eating, tracking, and working out. Don't let it get you down. Its water weight. Maybe if you start to target other areas that will help? When I'm on the treadmill each 15 mins I get on the ball and do sit ups and some push ups for variety to target my stomach and arms.

I fluctuate up to 5lbs OVERNIGHT. I never seem to hit more than 138 and I haven't yet dropped below 133. But in my mind, it looks like I fluctuate way more. My stomach gets puffy looking and I feel like I have fat rolls hanging over my jeans one day and the next I'll have a flat stomach. Its weird. I've been dropping inches but not pounds for 4 weeks now and its super frustrating.

Hang in there. Also, try lifting that always makes me look firmer (I think it just reminds my muscles that they exist and that they should work)
