Don't give up. I too am 5.3 and was a 151.5 lbs when I started five months agao. I have lost 10-12 lbs in 5 months. I weigh in daily. I am going thru peri menopause and my weight fluctuates like crazy once the symptoms start. There could be unto half pound to one pound increase and mysteriously drops after 2/3 days.
