I'm eating pretty much the same as I did before except I am eating a lot more veggies and fruit. I do get some gluten free products but for the most part I only use them when I'm craving pasta for example. I use splenda instead of sugar. And I am drinking tons of water. I also use almond milk with my cereal and coffee.
