I use it as a supplement to my breakfast. I do not naturally eat enough protien within a day, so this is a way to help boost it. Due to the fact that I have issues hitting NORMAL protein levels, it keeps things a bit more even.

Just from seeing the weights on here... I am bigger than most our height.... I weigh 263.... in order to not depress or stop... I have a pant size in mind.... I want to wear a size 16 or 18..... I was that size back in HS.... so I figure it is a healthier size...

Be careful with splenda.... as there is a difference. I would use the baking splenda... as there is granule and baking.

Have you had your thyroid checked? This can cause enough swing in your body. As much as you may not like to eat.... and I know easier said than done... sometimes you have to force yourself to do so...

As you go through the day.. you gain water.. and you eat... and your body works through all of the material. This is why they say to weigh in at the same time every day.

It sounds like caffine withdrawl. Although pop may not be the best... I would consider getting some coke zero. This will allow you the caffine... at least to slowly ween down.
