Check out a Ska Band called Streetlight Manifesto. All their songs are very fast. I also like music from the movie, Grease. Check out the song Sing Like the Sun by Rotary Downs.

I make green smoothies using soy milk or nonfat milk, kale, carrots, beet,, an orange and a banana. The beet really sweetens it. Sometimes I add cilantro. I use a Ninja Prep - I like it because you can still distinguish the individual ingredients.
