it actually means there is no cranberry juice in it at all, just juice concentrate, and that when added to water (and sugar), it reconstitutes as juice. i imagine if there was more concentrate than water and sugar, that would be like a 1500 cal can of disgusting.

i would say eat more and lift weights, do core exercises...as a 27yr man, at 132, unless you are like 5 feet tall, that is a tad skinny to have much muscle anywhere?

Basically, if your daily schedule is normal, just make sure you skip breakfast, and don' t eat late at night. Feel free to see how my food diary is set up as to setting timing windows as the names for your MFP meals. Also, search in groups, there is an IF group. I like being able to eat bigger meals!

everybody loses muscle when losing weight. The goal should be to minimize muscle loss. By incorporating about 1gm of protein per lb of lbm and adjusting remaining macros accordingly to fit in your calorie goals, coupled with some resistance training, you should be fine, don't worry about it too much!

oh snap, this begs an important question...the ratio of nutrient burning when exercising with alcohol, it cant be allll alcohol, i've gone on mile jogs while alcoholing (not safe! don't condone!)
