one of these days i'll get around to wearing my hrm and measuring, but my fitbit said it was around 70 cals for 15 min when it was attached to my boxers. i would call the activity level "moderate" that time.

you could look into intermittent fasting or carb/calorie cycling, as when getting towards lower BF%, more consideration to nutritional strategies can have an effect...but the only surefire way to lose fat is to eat in a deficit.

TRUTH

The body burns calories from it's fat stores when in a deficit. That's why net isn't as important. ESPECIALLY if you are eating enough to meet nutritional needs.
-
not so much. especially if its in the short term. Many people practice intermittent day fasting. I wouldnt advise eating like 500 cal/day for an extended period of time, but as long as one is meeting nutritional goals, it won't kill you or even do damage to net lower.

Just an FYI, my aunt had chronic vertigo for years, turns out she suffered from undiagnosed MS which ultimately led to seizures and death. Not trying to scare you, just informing. Had she been properly diagnosed years earlier, she might have led a longer, fuller life. I wish u the best.
