i didn't even think of the bike...even when i was there...much better idea, will def do that next time. And i must say, it was a little easier going down stairs after the gym then before i left, i'm going to have to remember this!

well, went to the gym and hopped on an arc trainer at a low intensity for 45 min, set it at level 3 out of 10, kept my HR around 115-120, and my legs don't really feel much better, but they don't feel any worse...guess i will see how it goes in the am Thanks for the motivation all!

i would 100% go for a jog if it wasnt dark and in the 40s here...can't do treadmills anymore, hate the ones at my new gym, no bounce to the platform at all. and i have a roller, i HATE HATE HATE IT. HATE IT. I've tried sooooo hard to use it, but i ju'tst cant. i wish.

It is definitely not irrelevant, however there are so many other issues which are more important. Meal timing is one adjustment to make when you have reached a plateau, but not the only one that can make changes.
