Oatmeal, it keeps me full. Fresh fruit and veggies, they too keep me fuller longer. I eat whenever I'm hungry. On the weekends I eat a little more (Not going over calories).

Yep! My weakness is crumbs bakery cupcakes. Once a month my husband and I have a date night and we top it off with a crumbs cupcake. I don't feel guilty at all because we're sharing it and I'm usually under my calories everyday of the week,

You are right about that! I lost a bunch of weight a number of years ago by no carbs and I gained it all back and then some.

Sounds really good. What I do when I make mine is I add pumpkin pie spice in my coffee grounds and let it brew that way. After its done I just add nonfat milk and a little splenda and BAM!!! I have a pumpkin spice "latte" with next to no calories since I don't like a lot of milk.
