  • Yea I am not sure either what that means. 10 months ago I had bariatric surgery. It made me go into starvation mode. I have lost about 90 pounds in that time period. At first I was on 600 to 700 calories a day. I was also exercising each day. I was always walking at least if not free weight lifting. Not sure what "they"…
