  • Is it kid safe? My dd LOVES abba.
  • I realllllly wanted a tattoo for a long time. I waited years until I met my goal (it was an academic goal, not a weight loss goal, but it would work as a big goal incentive if you wanted a tattoo.) Others: Manicure / pedicure (could be weekly if you were staying on the plan all week) Movie night (in or out) Buy a great…
  • ((Happy dance)) ((Cartwheel)) Happy days and congratulations to you. Good job!
  • More worst first lines: Do you use the pill? You're a girl! A real girl! (granted this was at a drag party, )
  • Ah, ya probably like it when the fellas check ya out, eh?
  • Worst lines. Shake it shake it baby, but don't break it. Oh, I'd like to take you home and dress you up. (What am I, a doll? a toy? I don't know how to choose my own clothing???) You're a spinner (what the heck??? I didn't stay to ask, his tone grossed me out) (in a club) You dance, (clap), Yeaaaaahhhhhhhh (two thumbs up)…
  • I'm glad you enjoyed it. Finding a good / safe treat is a delight. Honestly, my tummy would hurt...:noway:
  • :drinker: a toast to you! Good job. :flowerforyou: repeat daily.
  • You know, I really think it is so. I am on a large university campus and even though I usually am busy in a relatively insulated environment, I have overheard some absolutely incredible cell phone calls. One very attractive blond co-ed female in all seriousness..."well, next time we're ***king I'll just keep my pillow over…
  • I'm gluten and wheat (& dairy and egg and garlic and almond) free for a dozen years. I use corn tortillas a lot of ways. Get a good quality tortilla (there are a lot of yuck brands) and heat it until it is pliable and flexible. I use them instead of bread b/c I don't like the other bread alternatives. I use them for wraps,…
  • Whoo Hooo. These are all regular items for me. Yippeee.
  • As mentioned above, a cooler or insulated bags work wonders. I was raised in the country a long (minimum) one hour drive from anywhere. We'd hit 3 - 4 stores for all the sales, stop at a park for a picnic meal and then drive home. A cooler solved all the problems. I still use a cooler and make a few stops. It keeps…
  • Great job!! Keep it up.
  • I, too, was wondering what was going to follow that title. It almost sounds like the title of a book...perhaps a how-to manual.
  • I feel blah today. Thanks to rain and clouds, nice but....BLAH! But....... I decided since I have stayed within my calories, etc. for more than a month that I'm splurging tonight. 160 extra calories. MMMMM it was good. (I just think the horse is cute, not that I'm putting myself down.)

  • I gained 60 with my second pregnancy. I found that I didn't lose weight easily at all while nursing and for about a month or two after weaning my children. I know some people who lose best while nursing --- but that did not apply at all to me. So that may be part of it. Your body may still be holding on to pounds to…
  • Easy tiger. I would get it looked at by someone. I ran on a small injury and it caused HUGE and long term problems. Good luck and WELCOME
  • Good luck. May you conceive quickly, have an uneventful pregnancy, quick delivery, and most of all, a healthy baby!
  • I don't mind an admiring look, but I hate being looked at like I'm an object and not a person. I don't mind a compliment - it might even make my day, but a cheap come-on or offer for a brief encounter...EWWW! I don't mind being the object of a harmless crush -- but I don't like being stalked. ~~~ When I broke up with my…
  • I thought of Shirley Bassey.
  • When I tore my hip flexor (badly) it healed tighter than the other one. It took two months of PT to get back to normal. I know that feeling of one leg higher than the other...mine was about 1 inch off! I hope you are able to get it figured out and heal quickly.
  • Thanks for all your hard work, Mike!!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
